Summer Camp

Goddard Riverside's Summer Day Camp program provides fun, enriching activities for children in July and August:

First-Fifth Grade

  • Bernie Wohl Center serves children who will enter first grade through fifth grade (10 years old) this fall. It is a traditional summer camp with a focus on chess, storytelling and computer science. Register Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, call 212-799-9400 for appointment.

Sixth-Ninth Grade

  • Beacon serves middle school students ages 11-13. It focuses on exploring careers (STEM, business and visual arts) and high school preparation in the mornings and a traditional experience in the afternoon, with a variety of local trips. Register Monday-Friday, 1pm-3pm and 5pm-7pm. Call 212-866-009 for further information.

Third-Eighth Grade

  • 84th Street serves ages 8-13 and will introduce and cultivate the love of the performing arts through the disciplines of dance, vocals, music and theater arts. No prior experience is required and we welcome all campers who have an interest to learn about and engage in the arts. For campers who have previous arts training, our summer curriculum is designed for students who are preparing to audition for the performing arts schools.
